Mrs. Dahlheimer

About Mrs. Dahlheimer

My name is Kimberly Dahlheimer.  I am a graduate from Webster University where I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education.  I am also certified to teach Catholic Religious Education.  I have enjoyed teaching pre-kindergarten, first, and second grade here at Queen of All Saints since 1997.   As an educator I am dedicated to the social growth, religious, and academic development of my students.  I am enthusiastic about teaching, sharing my faith, and providing a quality education in a faith based and positive learning environment.

In addition to being a teacher, I also enjoy spending time with family.  My husband and I have a son and daughter as well as a black lab named Sammy.  My son and his wife have blessed us with two beautiful granddaughters!  My daughter is also a teacher within the Archdiocese and just recently got married!  Both my children attended and graduated from Queen of All Saints.  In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and traveling.  I feel fortunate to have been blessed with family, friends, and the opportunity to teach at such a wonderful school for so many years.

Encouraged Homework

Homework is encouraged, however, not mandatory.  Homework will be provided and sent home most weeks on a regular basis.  Please choose what works best for your child and family when deciding how to practice and reinforce skills at home.
  • Read for 10 minutes two or three times a week. Small practice books, close to or on your child's reading level, will also be sent home along with a short quiz that can be completed.  Quizzes that are completed and returned will receive a sticker.
  • Practice weekly Math Facts for 10 minutes two or three times a week.  Practice pages on each student's current level will be sent home at the beginning of most weeks.  These are for home practice to help prepare for the weekly quizzes and do not need to be returned.
  • Fundations unit packets.  The date due will be communicated on each packet.
