Welcome to Ms. Strawhun’s page! I teach 5th grade Religion, Language Arts, and Social Studies. This is my second year at Queen of All Saints. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University in 2011, with a concentration in Social Studies. I completed the Paul VI Religious Ed program in 2015, am certified to teach Religion at the elementary level, and love helping students learn about their Catholic faith.
I believe it is important for students to show mastery of the knowledge and skills they gain and use those skills throughout their future to make the world brighter. It is important to me that students experience success, and I hope to prepare them for organizational, academic, and virtuous success.
When I am not at school, I enjoy baking, traveling, decorating, running, and reading a good book. I enjoy playing sports such as sand volleyball, and visiting family & friends in St. Louis!
