Hello, my name is Karla Ludwig, otherwise known as Miss Karla. I have been a preschool teacher’s aide at Queen of All Saints for seven years before moving on to fourth grade. My girls are at an age now that I feel I will be able to devote the time needed to be a successful teacher and am excited to start my new adventure as the fifth grade teacher here at Queen. I believe each child is unique and hope to create an environment where students can reach their full potential.
I graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have started working towards my master’s degree in Special Education at University of Missouri, St. Louis. Prior to staying home to care for my three girls, I worked at Sts. Joachim and Ann Catholic School in St. Charles, Missouri as a third teacher for four years. That is where I realized my calling to become a Catholic school teacher.
My husband and three girls have been in the parish for the past 13 years and enjoyed being part of this wonderful community. When I am not attending events for my children, I enjoy hiking with my husband, traveling, reading, and playing soccer.
