Create an account
1. Click the signup link below the login box
2. Enter your login details
3. Once clicking “accept” you will receive a confirmation email and will have to click the “Verify” option in order to log in to your account
Adding your child/children
1. When logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to add your first child to the account. You can create children’s profiles from the Children section at the left side of the screen.
2. If you have more children to add, you can click “Save and add another”
3. Children can be added, edited, and removed from the parent’s account at any time
Adding activities
1. You will click on “Activities” at the left side of the screen, find the activity you want to enroll your children in, and click “enroll”
2. You will be prompted to select the child/children and any other details required for the activity
3. When that is completed, click “add to cart”
Paying for activities
1. You will need to go into your cart to pay and complete the registration process.
2. If any Dynamic Discounts were given, they are automatically applied and itemized on the receipt.
3. You can also enter any discount codes in the cart.
4. You will be required to accept the school’s policies in order to complete enrollment–be sure to click the checkbox to accept.
5. After a successful payment you will see a pop-up on your screen, saying that the enrollment was successful.

What's included in the Plate Lunch?
The monthly menu will be posted here on our website as what will be served will change daily. The plated lunch will consist of the entree and sides. A drink can be purchased for an additional fee or can be brought from home, giving our students flexibility to their wants and needs.

The Meal Magic Family Portal is your one-stop hub for managing school meal accounts online. You can:
- ✅ View balances
- ✅ Deposit funds
- ✅ Set spending limits and restrictions
- ✅ Add or remove family members
Note: Some features may vary depending on your school or district.

- Select I need to register as a Family Portal user
- Enter your email and follow the instructions in the activation email
- Create your passphrase and submit
Tip: If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder and mark foodserv.familyportal.cloud as safe.

👨👩👧👦 Add Family Members: Click Add Person and enter the student ID, first and last name
🗑️ Remove Members: Swipe left on mobile, or hover over the name on desktop and click the trash icon
💵 Manage Funds
- Deposit Money: Click Deposit, enter amount, select payment, and submit
- Transfer Funds or View History: Go to My Account, select a family member, then choose History, Settings, or Order
📧 Set Low Balance Alerts
- Click Notifications under your child’s name
- Uncheck the first box, check the second
- Select your alert level ($0, $5, $10, etc.)
📱 Add Portal to Your Phone
iPhone:
- Open Safari and go to foodserv.familyportal.cloud
- Tap the Share icon
- Scroll and select Add to Home Screen
Android:
- Open Chrome and go to the portal
- Tap the ⋮ (3 dots) menu > Add to Home Screen
- Follow the prompts to create a shortcut
Do we preorder through FoodService?
No, there is no longer a need to preorder and the company has gone away from this option. Your child’s teacher will ask in the morning if they brought a lunch or are buying and which option.
Preschool families : be on the look out for how your teacher would like you to communicate if your little one will be buying lunch.

Our team knows that lunchtime is much more than a meal. It’s a time for kids to connect with one another, form friendships and build healthy eating habits. That’s why we’re committed to creating rich, engaging dining experiences in the cafeteria.

School Supplies
You can find the school supply lists for each class from PreK3 to 8th grade below. To simplify the process for our families, we have partnered with 1st Day School Supplies to provide an optional pre-ordered school supplies box that will have everything ready and waiting on your child’s desk for the first day of school while also supporting our Home and School Association. Orders for the 2025/2026 school year must be submitted before July 1st.
Supply Lists To Print
Queen of All Saints School and Parish uses Flocknote to communicate through email and text. As a parent, your Flocknote account will be automatically added to the relevant closed parent groups. You can also log in and select additional groups like the Home and School Association and Athletics, that are open groups, to get updates on topics that interest you. Flocknote has a handy app you can download on your phone, allowing you to easily access all the notes sent to you in a neat feed format, so you won’t need to search your email for school communication.
Text or Email?
Typically, the weekly newsletters will go out via email due to the size of large documents and it not being time sensitive information. Things that are time sensitive such as school closures will be sent via text AND email. The app can come in handy if you are not an email fan as it will all be kept in one place.
Room Parents
Your room parents will be communicating with you through Flocknote by email and/or text only.
What is a Proxy Contact?
When logged into Flocknote either on a desktop or on the app, you have the ability to update your Family Info. Here you can update your Contact information, Connect your Spouse, Add any Children, Etc. You can find additional information about Flocknote Households and Proxy Contacts here.
LOGIN
You can log in easily and safely using the phone number or email you provided to the school. A secure code will be sent to you for quick access. You can find more information on this here.
