Mrs. Spirk

Middle School Math

Welcome to Middle School Math at Queen of All Saints! My name is Amanda Spirk, and I’ve had the honor of teaching at QAS for the past 18 years. During this time, I’ve been dedicated to helping students develop confidence in math while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

I currently teach:

  • 6th Grade Math
  • 7th Grade Math
  • 8th Grade Pre-Algebra

Every day, I strive to make math engaging and approachable by breaking down complex concepts, encouraging active participation, and creating a positive learning environment. I want my students to see math not as a challenge, but as an opportunity to grow and succeed.

My Background

I earned my degree from Southeast Missouri State University, and my passion for teaching has only grown since then. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy crafting and spending quality time with my family. My husband and I are blessed with two wonderful children:

  • Zach, a freshman at Oakville High School
  • Abby, a 5th grader here at QAS

Being part of both the teaching staff and the parent community at QAS gives me a unique perspective, and I’m so proud to call this school home.

Why I Love Teaching at QAS

Queen of All Saints is more than just a school—it’s a family. Over my 18 years here, I’ve been inspired by the dedication of our faculty, the support of our parents, and the incredible growth I’ve witnessed in our students. It’s a blessing to teach in a place where faith, academics, and community come together.
