Hello, my name is Becky Freese. I teach P.E. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to kindergarten, second and fourth grade, and middle school. Fitness has always been a big part of my life. I have taught fitness classes for the past ten years at the YMCA. I am excited to share my knowledge and love for movement with your children! My husband and I have three children, Peyton and Riley attend Queen of All Saints and Skyler attends Little Saint Academy.

We believe Physical Education is an intrigual part to providing a comprehensive education. Beyond mere exercise, PE is a holistic experience enhancing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Students engage in fitness education, cultivating habits that contribute to lifelong health.

Elementary and Intermediate students participate in PE twice a week, while middle school incorporates a weekly PE class alongside an enticing elective for additional physical activity. Even our preschoolers enjoy the benefits of active play in the gym during open sessions.

Join us in embracing the transformative power of movement and well-rounded health in education!
