Mrs. Bauche

My name is Christy Bauche, and this is my third year at Queen of All Saints as one of the First Grade teachers.  Before I received my Teaching Certificate in Elementary Education (1-6) from Webster University in 2011, I utilized my Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Science (Truman State) by working as a zookeeper at the Saint Louis Zoo for six years.  I also spent two years working for Special School District of St. Louis County as a Paraprofessional prior to coming to Queen of All Saints.

I have been married for almost 10 years to my husband, Jeff, and we have two children; Tyler, 6, and Leah, 3.  I grew up and currently live in the St. Louis area, and I received a Catholic education (K-12) in the archdiocese.  During our free time,  we like to go on nature hikes, visit parks, museums, the zoo, and attend area events.

First Grade is an amazing year for children.  They grow in so many ways:  academically, socially, spiritually, and emotionally.  We have so much fun exploring and discovering new ideas while expanding prior knowledge mastered in Kindergarten.  First Grade is a year where they solidify and firmly establish their special place in the Queen of All Saints community.  I love being a part of the community, and I truly enjoy being a part of the students' development and helping them reach their amazing potential.
