Please Use Sign Up Genius

There are still many opportunities left to volunteer throughout the year.  Thank you to all of the families that signed up using the Sign Up Genius link below.  If you haven't taken the time to do so yet, please do so now.  This is the main way we are keeping track of our volunteers.  Many faithful volunteer families have not used the Sign Up Genius and are still volunteering.  Please help us with our record keeping and use the link below.

  • Donut Sunday sponsored by Home & School Association - Aug. 12, following all masses
  • Back to School Night for Preschool/Kindergarten - Aug. 13, 6:30 PM

  • Boo Hoo/Yahoo Breakfast Aug. 16, 7:30 AM
  • Sno Cone Truck, Ice Cream Truck, and Bubble Bus at dismissal Aug. 16

Start of School Year Events:

Attention all incoming Kindergarten families!
Kindergarten parents are invited to the annual Boo Hoo/Yahoo Breakfast on August 16, the first day of school. This event is brought to you by the first grade families. Drop your kindergartener off at his/her classroom and walk to the cafeteria to celebrate or cry over your little one starting elementary school.  Breakfast runs from 7:30-9:00 AM.

August 11 at 5:00 PM mass - Backpack Blessing followed by Parish Night Out from 6:00 - 10:00 PM.  All students of the parish are invited to bring their book bags to 5:00 PM mass and receive a special blessing.  After mass, please stick around for Parish Night Out.

August 12, following all masses - Donut Sunday, sponsored by Home & School Association.  Please stop by the church basement and grab a donut following Sunday masses.

Back to School Night/Home and School Parent meetings
August 13, 6:30 PM for Preschool and Kindergarten
August 14, 6:30 PM for Grades 1-8
QAS students drop off their school supplies and meet their teachers this night.  HSA will provide a peanut free snack to students in the classrooms.  Parents will attend a meeting led by Mrs. Millburg followed by the Home and School Association parent meeting.

First Day of School Fun!
August 16 First day of school, Sno Cone Truck, Ice Cream Truck, and Bubble Bus 3:05 pm.  HSA invites the Kona Sno Cone truck, an Ice Cream Truck, and a Bubble Bus to the parking lot to celebrate the first day of school.  Parents are welcome to buy their child(ren) a sno cone or ice cream and visit with other families.
